{MASSAGE SERVICES} THOUSAND OAKS

Hey Thousand Oaks! Get a great massage, pick from one of the services below.

Signature Service: Integrative massage therapy

Do you have a specific area (ie: neck, shoulders) you would  like focused on?

Keeping that in mind do you still want a full body massage?

I believe everyone is an individual and massage shouldn't be a one size fits all service. Integrative massage incorporates elements of Swedish, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Reflexology and other modalities to address your specific needs and focus on your problem areas. The massage may be slightly different with each appointment because your needs will change over time.

60 minutes customizable massage $90.00
90 minutes massage $125.00

Hot Stones Massage

Wisdom of the ages that has not been lost to posterity. In my opinion Hot Stone massage is one of the most relaxating experiences available on this earth. You know how relaxed you get from sitting in a hot bath or jacuzzi? Mix that with soothing massage, polished basalt stones, luxuroius scented oils and voila.

60 minute Hot Stone session $130

90 minutes massage$160

*Much like the warnings for a hot tub or sauna - If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or are under a clinical practioner's care consult your practioner before scheduling hot stone massage therapy.

Deep Tissue Massage

For the deep tissue massage enthusiasts out there I use a combination of pin and stretch techniques to lengthen and thin out the tissues to focus on the deeper layers of tissue more effectively. Sure to give you a thorough kneading with less of the beating.

I recommend an integrative customizable massage one week prior to a deep tissue session for those who haven't been receiving regular massage therapy sessions.

60 minutes Deep Tissue massage session $100

*For more info on deep tissue massage see below.

Shiatsu Fusion

A fully clothed session starting with deep stretches followed by a combination of shiatsu and thai massage. Technically this isn't massage, it's considered bodywork.

All the benefits of massage therapy neatly wraped in different packaging.
